Our Specialties
-
Organizational Care
Process matters. We’ve learned the way an organization moves is just as important as what they are moving towards. Maintaining mental and emotional health through unprecedented social, environmental and public health crisis is a feat in and of itself. Our culture, wellness & retention expertise helps leaders and staff cultivate positive morale, cohesion, fulfillment and engagement; all while developing the tools necessary to avoid burnout and maintain a healthy sense of work/life balance to free up space for the work you love.
-
Equitable Cultural Shift Support
From people support to policy reform, we help organizations cultivate the diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture they desire. Since bias, prejudice, and socialized stigma are also psychological and emotional phenomenons, we believe there is a distinct need for trained mental health and wellness professionals committed to this work. Our cultural shift support offers a unique people-centered approach that integrates psycho-education, skilled facilitation and anti-oppressive mental model development, to equip organizational leaders for the journey ahead.
How We Support
Our Clients
“After working with AW over the past year during a very divisive, politically and racially charged time in our country, I am incredibly impressed how she can communicate very complex issues in a way that resonates with my team. I have a staff that comes from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds and AW is able to connect and work with all of us. She is not just an expert in the subject matter, she is a combination of a teacher, coach, therapist and leader. I highly recommend her for groups who are interested in better working together in our diverse society.”
— David Silberman, CEO Clinical Research Fastrack
“AW challenged her audience to grow, think critically, and adopt new approaches to anti-racist therapy while also holding compassionate and judgment-free space for participants to process and share candidly. She is a captivating speaker with a unique ability to balance storytelling and audience engagement with sharp execution of intended objectives.”
— Emily Dorn, Executive Director Denver Family Institute
Danielle and AW facilitated a rich and compelling plenary session at NCCASA's 2022 Prevention Summit about anti-oppression and building collaborative partnerships. They offered tailored, relevant, responsive content to directly address the topics we had requested. Both facilitators drew on and shared their personal and professional experiences, connecting deeply with our participants and eliciting rich meaningful discussion. They were a pleasure to work with, and we hope to ask them to come back to train and consult future groups on equity within the anti-sexual violence movement.
— Linda Chamiec-Case, Prevention Education Program Manager, North Carolina Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NCCASA)
