Understanding the ripple effect of one’s personal wellness on the organizations, communities and ecosystems in which we live, our approach builds upon the burgeoning understanding of mind/body/soul connection, and incorporates connection to community and the environment as core areas of healing, and essential aspects of preventative health care.

Our approach intentionally integrates culturally appropriate psycho-education and evidence-based practices, with an Ecowomanist framework for anti-oppressive mental model development, to account for, and respond to, the impacts of historic trauma and systemic oppression on organizational, interpersonal, and individual health.
